I wanted to wait until i put them up before i gave my opinion. The blinds are great, except the measurement was a little off (i can live with that). I am greatful for the sales person (888) 633-7840. She was very helpful. I was planning on order one color. She told me about your sample (which made a big different). I realize I wanted another color after receiving them. I say "Thank You". Customer Service need more of you.

Blinds for 2 bedrooms. They arrived in 5 days. Look great and easy to install. The only light it lets in is the glow around the shade because I got the inside mount shades.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
